Job Description
Who you are
- A Senior Account Manager – New Business is responsible for his/her individual targets, as well as selling standard & strategic HR solutions to NEW customers.
- He/she will conduct consultative selling and must be very creative, flexible to offer customers a wide range of solutions such as: Job Posting, Banner Ads, Talent Driver, Talent Solution etc.
What you will do
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Find & identify new business opportunities by solving customer problems with CareerBuilder solutions.
- Frequent client meetings required.
- Improve customer satisfaction with CareerBuilder.
- Collaborate with team to achieve team sales targets.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
- Graduate from university/college.
- A “Hunter” not a “Farmer”, proactive and aggressive in developing new business.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience at the same position. Hungry to work hard and make good money.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good Negotiation & Presentation skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
